The Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Director in a national position, you will be a strategic partner to a key Director of the business, as well as managing a small team in a busy operational HR environment. ?The business is undergoing transformation on a number of levels, and accordingly you will play a key role in driving organisational change and leading associated HR programs. ?

To be successful in this fast-paced, customer focused environment you will display:

? A strong track record in senior HR Generalist roles in a unionised environment
? The ability to drive change and influence at all levels of a business
? A strategic mindset combined with a willingness and capability to execute in a fast paced operational environment
? Energy, passion and the drive to achieve results
? Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to work in a changing environment
? A strong technical HR toolkit that includes IR, ER and driving Organisational Change
